Is there a big difference between baby fine hair and other human hair wigs?

Baby fine hair is considered one of the most delicate hair types in wig production. It is extremely thin and soft, and the main difference between fine hair wigs and other natural hair wigs is their density. Most standard real human hair wigs are made from thicker hair (Brazilian or regular European), which creates more volume. Meanwhile, wigs for fine thin hair are designed to replicate the look of natural thin hair.

If you have naturally thicker and denser hair and are looking for a similar match in wigs, other natural hair wigs may be a more suitable choice. They are also useful when you want a more dramatic transformation and greater hair volume. However, if your main goal is to replicate the look of thin, soft hair as naturally as possible, a baby fine hair wig will usually be the better choice. This collection is also often recommended when looking for wigs for children. Baby fine hair used in these wigs often comes from extremely fine European (Slavic) children’s hair donors. This type of hair naturally has a much smaller diameter than adult hair, which is why these wigs appear lighter, softer and more proportional on smaller heads.

Due to the extremely thin structure of baby fine hair, these wigs may require slightly more maintenance. Fine (especially longer) hair can be more prone to tangling, so more frequent brushing helps keep the hair smooth and prevents knots from forming.

Another important factor to consider is longevity. Because the hair strands are very fine, individual hairs may break or shed more easily during normal wear and brushing. In wigs with naturally lower density, the loss of individual hairs may be more noticeable than in wigs made from thicker hair types. • Brown – a natural balance and one of the most common tones seen in the baby fine hair category.

Since this is undyed hair, it retains its original shade and natural hair structure. In addition, fine hair wigs usually remain stronger and healthier for longer, as dyed hair can fade over time and the use of chemical dyes can affect the hair structure.

Are all virgin hair wigs made from baby fine hair?

Although all baby fine hair wigs are made from virgin hair (undyed, natural hair), not all virgin hair wigs are characterized by this hair structure. Our range includes one more wig category – virgin color wigs, which includes all uncolored wigs. Here, the selection is somewhat wider, as we have not only baby fine hair wigs, but also virgin hair wigs made from other types, such as thicker European and Brazilian. This does not mean that these wigs are of inferior quality. On the contrary, they also offer all the advantages of fine hair wigs, but have a different hair structure, which is thicker and therefore creates greater volume for the entire wig, making it tangle less and last longer.
